We use state of the art digital X-rays and digital cameras to help with an accurate diagnosis of any concerns. Digital X-rays use less radiation to get a diagnostic picture of your teeth and they help the environment by eliminating the use of chemicals to process the film.
We are pleased to offer our patients CEREC restorations-- a superior method of creating precisely-designed, color-matched and highly-durable ceramic restorations right in our office in a single visit. That means no messy impressions, no temporaries, and no second visit. CEREC one-visit dentistry delivers top-quality restorations in one visit. After preparing your tooth for restoration, your tooth is covered with a reflective coating. We then use a state-of-the-art digital 3-D camera to create an optical impression. This digital image replaces the physical impression required in traditional procedures. This means no more long waits for you while a tray of impression goop hardens in your mouth. Patented CAD software allows us to design every precise detail of your restoration with total accuracy. The software allows us to customize the shape of the restoration to exactly fit your specific clinical needs. Mill and Place While you wait, exact design specifications are sent to our on-site milling machine to create your restoration, milled from a single piece of porcelain. About 10 minutes later, your all-ceramic, color-matched restoration is ready for placement. Your new restoration is then fitted, polished and bonded. Your tooth is restored back to its natural form, function and beauty-- ALL IN A SINGLE VISIT!.
We are pleased to provide oral cancer screening, a powerful tool in the early detection and treatment of oral cancer. This disease often goes untreated until it is too late. However, the ViziLite® system allows dentists to detect oral cancer very early on, and treat it before the disease progresses.
